Product Description
Product Overview

The IG100 high pressure nitrogen inert gas fire suppression system uses 100% pressurized nitrogen — a gas that makes up 78% of the atmosphere — as its extinguishing agent. Its ozone depletion potential (ODP) and global warming potential (GWP) are both zero, and its atmospheric retention time is zero, meaning it has no adverse effects on the environment. The system fully integrates the design concept of the modern fire-extinguishing system, successfully combining environmental protection with efficient fire-fighting performance.

Key Characteristics
  • Protects the ecological environment of the earth with zero ODP and zero GWP.
  • Safe and hygienic — does not interfere with vision.
  • No stains or residue caused by the extinguishing agent.
  • Durable and reliable fire-fighting effect.
  • Nitrogen can be separated from the air, giving it a wide range of sources and a low charge.

Applications

The IG100 system is suitable for a wide range of sensitive and high-value environments, including:

  • Computer rooms and telecommunication rooms
  • Transformer rooms, electrical switch rooms, and distribution rooms
  • Generator rooms
  • Leaching tanks and drying equipment
  • Paint spraying booths
  • Electrical instrument rooms and control centers
  • Libraries, archives, and treasure troves of cultural relics
Packaging

Each system is packed with polyfoam first and then placed into a wooden case. When required by customer specifications or safety regulations, the goods can also be secured on a pallet for additional protection during transport.

Advantages
  • Compared with traditional 15 MPa systems, the number of fire extinguishing agent cylinders can be reduced by 25%–50%.
  • The building area between cylinders is effectively reduced, improving the overall occupation and utilization rate of the building.
  • Constant 6 MPa low-pressure release reduces the cost of pipelines and pipe fittings.
  • The constant release pressure of 6 MPa provides more lasting and effective pressure, with a transmission distance of up to 200 meters.
  • Low-pressure release across the whole system has less impact on on-site personnel, equipment, and building structure, making it safer.
  • The external constant-pressure reliever only bears pressure while the system is spraying, making disassembly and maintenance convenient and effectively reducing the system failure rate.
  • After spraying, no parts need to be replaced — simple disassembly and secondary filling allow the system to be quickly put back into operation.
  • The opening area of the pressure-relief device is reduced, directly lowering its input cost, while the safety buckle is installed and arranged more simply.
  • The nitrogen fire extinguishing system (IG-100) can be widely used for rapid response to fire, protecting on-site staff, sudden fire events, and important places sensitive to chemical reactions, effectively safeguarding personnel and property.
