The PHYM series foam tank is a high-performance fire extinguishing system, specifically designed for industrial and commercial use. It mixes water and foam concentrate in an exact ratio of 3% or 6%, providing reliable fire protection for oil storage facilities, chemical plants, warehouses and fuel depots. This foam fire extinguisher features a durable capsule design that can separate foam concentrate from water, preventing contamination and ensuring long-term usability. With low pressure loss and a corrosion-resistant structure, it offers effective foam discharge while withstanding harsh environmental conditions.

This foam proportioning system is widely used in oil refineries, chemical storage areas, ports, underground parking garages, etc. When operating, first fill the tank with 50 to 200 liters of water to protect the inner liner, and then add the foam concentrate. Then, the system releases a consistent foam solution by opening the inlet valve, expels the trapped air, and then discharges it through the outlet valve. Finally, after use, the pipes should be flushed with clean water to maintain the integrity of the system and prevent the accumulation of residues.

Designed for long-term reliability, the PHYM series offers easy-to-maintain drain valves, pressure gauges and inspection ports. Its robust design minimizes foam waste and reduces operating costs, making it an economical and efficient solution for industrial fire safety. It has two configurations: horizontal (PHYM) and vertical (PHYM-L), which can adapt to various spatial requirements.
