Product Overview

The HTF-(A) series two-speed axial flow fire smoke exhaust fan is engineered for high-rise buildings and industrial facilities requiring dependable indoor ventilation and emergency smoke extraction. The fan assembly consists of five core components: the impeller, the motor, an internal circulation air cooling system, guide vanes with inner cylinder, and the outer cylinder.

The design delivers a compact footprint, high-temperature resistance, broad application coverage, diverse specification options, and high operating efficiency, while remaining easy to disassemble and maintain.

Key Features

1. Compact Footprint

The fan is built on an axial flow platform, with an internal circulation air cooling system integrated into the motor to minimize installation space. It connects directly to ductwork or mounts on a wall, and supports vertical or horizontal floor installation as well as suspended (hoisting) mounting.

2. High-Temperature Resistance

The entire structure, including the surface coating, is designed for high-temperature service. The fan can run continuously for more than 30 minutes at 280°C, and can operate long-term without damage at gas temperatures of 120°C or below, delivering excellent performance in fire emergency conditions.

3. Wide Range of Applications

Single-speed or multi-speed drive configurations can be selected according to building requirements, enabling dual-purpose operation: routine ventilation and high-temperature smoke exhaust during a fire. Typical applications include gymnasiums, exhibition centers, hotels, office buildings, theaters, auditoriums, hospitals, shopping malls, high-rise residential buildings, basements and parking garages, factories and mines, and other large buildings requiring ventilation and fire smoke extraction.

4. Diverse Product Specifications

Available configurations include normal-pressure single-speed, normal-pressure two-speed, medium-pressure single-speed, medium-pressure two-speed, and low-speed series. Color, material, and size can all be customized. Standard specifications are shown in the tables for HTF-I-(A), HTF-II-(A), HTF-III-(A), HTF-I-(B), HTF-II-(B), and related models.

5. Versatile and Convenient Installation

The fan connects directly to ductwork or mounts on a wall, with vertical or horizontal floor installation and hoisting options. Floor installation requires a shock absorption system using high-strength spring pads or rubber pads; hoisting uses spring shock hangers fixed with screws. The shock absorption system effectively attenuates machine vibration, reduces transmission of vibration force, and ensures normal fan operation.
