HTF-(A) type two-speed axial flow fire high temperature smoke exhaust fan

Product introduction:
  HTF series fire smoke exhaust axial flow fan is mainly composed of five parts: ① impeller ② motor ③ internal circulation air cooling system ④ guide vane, inner cylinder ⑤ outer cylinder.

  It has the characteristics of small footprint, high temperature resistance, wide application range, diverse product specifications and high efficiency, easy disassembly and maintenance.

Product features:
① Small footprint
  The basic form of the fan is an axial flow fan, and the internal circulation air cooling system is combined with the motor to reduce the footprint. It can be directly connected to the air duct or mounted on the wall. The installation form can be vertical or horizontal floor installation and hoisting.

② High temperature resistance
  The whole structure (including painting) is designed to be high temperature resistant. It can run continuously for more than 30 minutes under high temperature conditions of 280℃ and can be used for a long time without damage under gas temperature ≤120C, with excellent performance.

③ Wide range of applications:
  According to different requirements of the building, single-speed or multi-speed drive can be adopted to achieve the purpose of dual use of one machine (i.e. common ventilation and high-temperature smoke exhaust during fire fighting).
  It can be used in gymnasiums, exhibition centers, hotels, office buildings, theaters, auditoriums, hospitals, shopping malls, high-rise residential buildings, basements (parking lots), factories and mines, large buildings and other places where ventilation and fire smoke exhaust are required.

④Various product specifications:
  Normal pressure single speed, normal pressure double speed, medium pressure single speed, medium pressure double speed, low speed series. Color, material, size, etc. can all be customized.
  General product specifications are shown in the chart HTF-I-(A), HTF-II-(A), HTF-III-(A), HTF-I-(B), HTF-II-(B)...etc.

⑤Various and convenient installation methods:
  It can be directly connected to the air duct or mounted on the wall. The installation form can be vertical or horizontal floor installation and hoisting. Floor installation requires the installation of a shock absorption system; high-strength spring shock absorption pads, rubber shock absorption pads, and the hoisting uses spring shock absorption hangers fixed with screws. The installation of a shock absorption system effectively attenuates the vibration of the machine itself, reduces the transmission of vibration force, prevents the transmission of vibration force, and ensures the normal operation of the fan.
