IG100 gas fire extinguishing system
Product Introduction:
The IG100 gas fire extinguishing system uses nitrogen, which makes up 78% of the atmosphere, as its extinguishing agent. Its principle is to reduce oxygen concentration to below 15%, thereby suffocating the fire. This ensures both environmental protection and high fire extinguishing efficiency. Nitrogen is widely available and inexpensive to refill.
Features of the IG100 Fire Extinguishing System:
1. Small footprint: Compared to traditional 15MPa systems, this system reduces the number of fire extinguishing agent cylinders by 25%-50%.
2. Low cost: The constant 6MPa low-pressure release reduces the cost of piping and components for the entire system. After a discharge, no parts need to be replaced; simply disassemble and refill the system for quick operation.
3. Long transmission distance: The constant 6MPa release pressure provides more sustained and effective pressure, with a transmission distance of up to 200 meters.
4. Safer and more stable: The system's low-pressure release minimizes impact on personnel, equipment, and building structures, resulting in greater safety.

The IG100 is mainly composed of the following components: fire extinguishing agent cylinder group, container valve, gas driver, drive gas cylinder group, drive gas cylinder group-container valve, electromagnetic driver, selector valve (or distribution valve), metal hose, one-way valve, air-controlled one-way valve, pressure signal feedback device, manifold, manifold safety valve, nozzle, low-leakage high-sealing valve, and pressure reducing device.
