Intrinsically Safe Explosion-proof Manual Fire Alarm Button with Two-wire System for Hazardous Areas

The J-SAP-JBF4121A-Ex is an intrinsically safe, intelligent manual fire alarm button designed for installation in public and industrial environments. When a person confirms a fire, pressing the button immediately sends a fire alarm signal to the controller. Upon receiving the signal, the controller displays the number or location of the activated button and triggers an audible alarm.

This device complies with GB3836.1-2010 (General Requirements for Electrical Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres) and GB3836.4-2010 (Part 4: Intrinsically Safe "i" for Electrical Equipment in Combustible Gas Atmospheres). It carries the explosion-proof mark Ex ib IIC T6 Gb and has passed quality inspection and certification for explosion-proof electrical products.

• Built-in microprocessor utilizing SMT surface mount technology.
• Simple operation — press the panel by hand to report a fire alarm to the controller.
• After the alarm is triggered, the device must be reset using the corresponding key.
• Outputs a group of passive contact signals with a contact capacity of DC 30V/0.1A, used to control on-site fire sound and light alarm devices (non-addressable type).

• When in use, a grille must be installed. Each grille supports a maximum of 10 explosion-proof manual alarm buttons, and each alarm circuit supports a maximum of 6 grilles.
• Two-wire system with non-polarized signal line, low power consumption, and a communication distance of 1500 meters. The connected gate is also a two-wire system, but its signal line is polarized.

The manual fire alarm button consists of a start switch and corresponding processing circuits. When a fire alarm occurs, the button is pressed manually. The button switch closes, and the alarm signal is transmitted to the controller through the loop bus. Simultaneously, the fire alarm indicator light on the manual fire alarm button changes from flashing in the inspection state to being constantly on, indicating the alarm status.
