FM200 Heptafluoropropane gas cylinder
Product Introduction:
Fire gas cylinders are mainly used to store heptafluoropropane (hfc-227ea/fm200), which is a clean gas chemical fire extinguishing agent with both chemical and physical fire-extinguishing functions. It is a colorless, odorless, low-toxic, non-conductive and pollution-free protected object, and will not cause damage to property or precision facilities. The utility model can reliably extinguish Class B and C fires and electrical fires with low extinguishing concentrations, and it has a small storage space, does not damage the ozone layer of the atmosphere, and meets environmental protection requirements.
The safety hazards of gas cylinders of poor quality that have not been replaced for many years:
During long-term use, fire gas cylinders (such as heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing systems, high-pressure carbon dioxide fire extinguishing systems, 1G541 fire extinguishing systems, IG100 fire extinguishing systems, etc.) may become thinner due to corrosion caused by external contamination. They may also develop cracks due to moisture or other impurities inside the cylinder corroding the steel cylinder. If exposed to high heat, the internal pressure of the container will increase, posing a risk of cracking and explosion.
1. Rust on the exterior of the cylinder body causes the wall thickness to become thinner, posing a risk of leakage and explosion to the gas cylinder. In severe cases, it may lead to casualties.
2. Pressure drop inside the cylinder: Pressure drop inside the gas cylinder leads to insufficient pressure, which prevents the normal discharge of fire extinguishing agents and hinders the fire extinguishing efficiency.
3. The inner wall of the bottle is corroded and thinned, causing the leakage of the agent and making it impossible to extinguish the fire normally. In severe cases, there is a risk of explosion.

The inspection and inflation process of fire protection gas cylinders
1. Registration of gas cylinder numbers, marking and identification of gas cylinders, condition inspection, and treatment of residual gases inside the cylinders
2. Disassembly, inspection and cleaning of the bottle head valve
3. Rust removal treatment of the inner and outer surfaces of gas cylinders, appearance inspection, and sound inspection
