FM200 Direct-type Fire Detector Tube​


Introduction:
  The temperature-sensing self-starting fire extinguishing device is a kind of advanced fire extinguishing device that has just been developed in China and abroad in recent years. It belongs to a fixed non-electric self-starting type fire extinguishing device. This type of fire extinguishing device does not require power supply or traditional fire detection and alarm equipment. The entire device consists only of a fire extinguishing agent storage cylinder and a flexible fire detection tube. The fire detection tube integrates fire detection, fire extinguishing device activation, and fire extinguishing agent release functions. The flexible fire detection tube can be conveniently arranged at the nearest location to each potential fire source. Once a fire occurs, the fire detection tube is heated and ruptures, immediately releasing the fire extinguishing agent for point-to-point fire suppression.

Performance Characteristics:
  First, the fire extinguishing agent delivery tube has the functions of fire detection, fire extinguishing device activation, and fire extinguishing agent release, eliminating the need for fire alarm and detection devices, thereby reducing costs and installation difficulties, and greatly improving the reliability of the fire extinguishing device, avoiding the false operation of electrical control alarm components.

  Second, this device only implements full-coverage fire extinguishing for equipment that has already caught fire, and quickly extinguishes the fire in a point-to-point manner, changing the situation where traditional gas fire extinguishing systems extinguish the entire equipment space regardless of the size of the fire, resulting in slow detection response time and excessive use of fire extinguishing agents.

System Application Scope:
  The temperature-sensing automatic fire extinguishing device has solved the long-standing problem in the fire protection field regarding the prevention of fires in spaces such as electrical equipment, control boxes, and distribution boards that are prone to fire. Currently, this device has been widely applied in domestic systems such as power plants, communications, broadcasting and television, petrochemicals, railways, etc., and has accumulated a large amount of successful experience.

1. Suitable for extinguishing fires in the following places:
Microwave rooms, decimeter wave rooms, meter wave rooms, power distribution rooms and uninterruptible power supply rooms in radio and television stations; Switching exchange rooms, control rooms and signaling transfer point rooms of communication systems; Control rooms, electronic equipment rooms, computer rooms, relay rooms, power distribution rooms of power plants; Locations such as cable intersections, dense areas and intermediate joints; Power distribution cabinets, elevator control cabinets, cable trays with troughs or bridges; Special or important cabinet equipment with relatively enclosed enclosures in other places.

2. Types of fires that can be extinguished

2.1 The automatic fire extinguishing device filled with heptafluoropropane can be used to extinguish the following fires:
