FM200 Direct-type Fire Detector Tube
Introduction:
FM200 Automatic Fire Trace Tube is an advanced automatic fire detection and suppression system designed for enclosed spaces and critical equipment. Using clean agent FM200 (HFC-227ea), this system provides fast, residue-free fire protection for electrical cabinets, server racks, control panels, and other sensitive installations.
The system works through a pressurized detecting tube installed directly inside protected enclosures. When exposed to heat or flame, the tube ruptures at the fire source and instantly releases FM200 to suppress the fire at its earliest stage—without the need for electrical power or manual activation.
Available in 2kg, 3kg, 4kg, 6kg, 9kg, and 12kg agent capacities, the FM200 Fire Trace Tube operates at a working pressure of 2.5MPa, with a maximum pressure of 4.2MPa. It supports detecting tube lengths from 5m to 25m and optional releasing tube lengths from 0.5m to 1.5m, making it suitable for a wide range of cabinet and equipment sizes.
FM200 is a colorless, odorless, non-corrosive clean agent with zero ODP, ensuring no damage to valuable equipment and no residue after discharge. The system discharges rapidly—typically within 8 seconds—providing total flooding protection and minimizing fire spread.

Performance Characteristics:
First, the fire extinguishing agent delivery tube has the functions of fire detection, fire extinguishing device activation, and fire extinguishing agent release, eliminating the need for fire alarm and detection devices, thereby reducing costs and installation difficulties, and greatly improving the reliability of the fire extinguishing device, avoiding the false operation of electrical control alarm components.
