  The FM200 Cabinet Fire Suppression System is a pre-engineered, standalone clean agent fire protection solution using HFC-227ea (FM200) as the extinguishing medium. It is specifically designed for small to medium protected enclosures such as data centres, server rooms, electrical rooms, telecom rooms, control rooms, archives, and other high-value equipment spaces.

  This FM200 cabinet system integrates the agent cylinder, solenoid actuator, flexible hose, and discharge nozzle into a compact cabinet enclosure. It features DC24V automatic activation and a rapid discharge time of ≤10 seconds, enabling fast and uniform total flooding fire suppression at the early stage of a fire to minimise equipment damage and operational downtime.

  With a storage pressure of 2.5 MPa and filling capacities ranging from 40 kg to 180 kg, the system supports both single-cabinet and dual-cabinet configurations. It can be flexibly selected based on the protected volume, making it suitable for various room sizes and space-constrained installations without the need for complex pipe networks.

  FM200 (HFC-227ea) is a clean, non-conductive, and non-corrosive extinguishing agent that leaves no residue after discharge. It is safe for sensitive electronic equipment and allows rapid system recovery following fire suppression, making it ideal for data centres, server rooms, UPS battery rooms, transformer rooms, libraries, and archives.

  The FM200 cabinet fire suppression unit can be integrated with a fire alarm control panel for automatic detection, activation, and audible/visual alarming. A manual emergency release option is also provided. FM200 Cabinet System Components:   The single-cabinet FM200 automatic fire extinguishing system consists of two main sub-assemblies: the fire extinguishing device and the electrical accessories.   The fire extinguishing device includes the cabinet housing, the FM200 storage cylinder, flexible hoses, and solenoid valves.   The electrical accessories detect and monitor the entire protected area and control the overall system. They also sound evacuation alarms and help prevent fire spread.   When integrated, these two components work together to achieve automatic fire detection, monitoring, alarming, and extinguishing.
