Product Description

The CO2 fire detection tube system is an innovative fixed non-electric self-actuating fire suppression device that combines fire detection and extinguishing functions into a single flexible tube. Unlike traditional gas systems, it requires no power supply, no complex detectors, no control panels, and no intricate piping networks – making it ideal for protecting enclosed electrical cabinets, control panels, and compact equipment spaces where conventional systems cannot be installed.

The fire detection tube is made of specialized polymer material with an outer diameter of 6mm, inner diameter of 4mm, and wall thickness of 1.0mm±0.1mm. When a fire occurs, the tube bursts at the point of highest temperature (170±10°C), releasing pressure and activating the container valve. The extinguishing agent is then discharged directly through the burst opening (direct type) or through dedicated nozzles (indirect type), delivering targeted fire suppression within seconds.
