Product Introduction:
Temperature-sensing, self-actuating fire extinguishing devices are a type of advanced fire extinguishing device that has recently been developed both domestically and internationally. They are fixed, non-electric, and self-actuating. They require no power source or traditional fire detection and alarm equipment. The entire system consists solely of a fire extinguishing agent storage cylinder and a flexible fire detection tube. The fire detection tube integrates fire detection, device activation, and fire extinguishing agent release. These flexible fire detection tubes can be conveniently positioned closest to any potential ignition source. In the event of a fire, the fire detection tubes rupture due to heat, instantly releasing the fire extinguishing agent for targeted extinguishing.

Fire detection tube automatic fire extinguishing device can be divided into direct fire detection tube automatic fire extinguishing device and indirect fire detection tube automatic fire extinguishing device according to different system structures.
1.1 Direct-Type Temperature-Sensing Self-Activating Fire Extinguishing Device
1) Components
It primarily consists of a container containing fire extinguishing agent, a container valve, a pressurized fire detection tube capable of releasing fire extinguishing agent and providing fire detection capabilities, a pressure gauge, a check valve, a pressure switch, an alarm bell, and a dedicated connector for the fire detection tube.
The fire detection tube is a high-tech non-metallic composite product. It combines long-term leak resistance, flexibility, and effective temperature sensitivity. After pressurization, it explodes within a certain temperature range to spray the fire extinguishing medium or transmit a fire signal.
2) Working Principle
The fire detection tube is connected to the fire extinguishing agent container via the container valve and is positioned above the most likely fire source to detect the fire source. When a fire is encountered, the fire detection tube softens and explodes at the highest point of heat exposure. The pressure drop in the fire detection tube activates the container valve, releasing fire extinguishing agent from the explosion hole in the fire detection tube to extinguish the fire. Simultaneously, an alarm bell sounds, alerting the user that the fire extinguishing device has been activated and that the fire must be extinguished, the system repaired, and the fire extinguishing agent refilled.
1.2 Indirect Temperature-Sensing Self-Activating Fire Extinguishing Device
1) Components
It primarily consists of a container containing fire extinguishing agent, a container valve, a pressurized fire detection tube, a release tube, a nozzle, a pressure gauge, a check valve, a pressure switch, an alarm bell, and a dedicated connector for the fire detection tube.
2) Working Principle
The fire detection tube is connected to the fire extinguishing agent container via the container valve and positioned above the most likely fire source to detect the fire source. Upon encountering a fire, the fire detection tube softens and ruptures at the highest point of heat exposure. The pressure drop in the fire detection tube activates the container valve, releasing the fire extinguishing agent through the release tube to the nozzle, extinguishing the fire. Simultaneously, an alarm bell sounds, alerting the user that the fire extinguishing device has been activated and requiring verification of fire extinguishing, system repair, and refilling of the fire extinguishing agent.
