Ready-to-ship fire tubes packed and loaded for customers worldwide — no power required, 24/7 automatic protection.
Xingjin Fire Protection Company is pleased to announce that a batch of new automatic fire suppression pipes (also known as fire detection pipes) has successfully completed packaging and been shipped. The packing pictures show that the rolls and pre-assembled units are neatly arranged and properly placed in export-specific cartons and wooden boxes, ready to be sent to customers in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and all over the world. These compact, self-activating fire suppression devices are designed specifically for protecting electrical cabinets, server racks, telecommunication enclosures, control panels, and other enclosed spaces where traditional fire suppression systems are too large or impractical to install. What Is an Automatic Fire Suppression Tube? The Automatic Fire Suppression Tube is a flexible, heat-sensitive tube that acts as both a fire detector and an extinguishing agent delivery system. When a fire breaks out inside a protected enclosure, the tube bursts at the point of highest temperature — typically within seconds — and releases its clean agent directly onto the fire source. How It Works: Step Action 1. Temperature rise Fire causes local temperature to reach the tube's rated threshold (68°C, 93°C, or 110°C) 2. Tube bursts The tube ruptures precisely at the overheated point — no electrical sensors needed 3. Agent release Clean agent (FM200, HFC-236fa, or other compatible gas) discharges directly onto the fire 4. Fire extinguished Suppression occurs in seconds, protecting surrounding equipment Why Customers Choose XINGJIN Fire Suppression Tubes: Feature Benefit No power required Works even when electrical systems fail — ideal for remote or legacy installations 24/7 automatic operation Always on duty — no human intervention needed Spot-fire protection Discharges exactly where the fire starts — minimal agent waste Compact design Fits inside tight enclosures where cylinders cannot go Easy installation Simple mounting with basic tools — no complex pipe networks No residue Clean agent leaves no powder or liquid — equipment continues working Non-conductive Safe for live electrical equipment — no short circuit risk Self-contained No external control panels, detectors, or power supplies required What's Inside the Shipment? Lastest company news about Data Centers & Server Rooms: Why Is FM200 the Global Standard for Fire Protection? 2026/06/08
Data Centers & Server Rooms: Why Is FM200 the Global Standard for Fire Protection?
Walk into any data center or server room around the world, and chances are you will find an FM200 fire suppression system standing guard. From Silicon Valley to Singapore, from London to Dubai, FM200 has become the global standard for protecting critical IT infrastructure. But why FM200? What makes this clean agent the top choice for server rooms and data centers? The Answer: FM200 solves the three biggest challenges of protecting IT equipment. Challenge 1: Water Destroys Servers Water sprinklers may work for offices and warehouses, but they are disaster for data centers. A single sprinkler discharge can ruin millions of dollars worth of servers, destroy data, and bring business operations to a halt for days or weeks. How FM200 Solves It: FM200 is a gaseous clean agent. It leaves zero residue — no water, no powder, no corrosion. After discharge, servers continue working. No cleanup. No downtime. Challenge 2: Downtime Is Unacceptable For banks, e-commerce platforms, and cloud providers, every minute of downtime costs thousands — even millions — of dollars. Traditional firefighting methods (water, dry powder, foam) often cause more damage than the fire itself, forcing prolonged shutdowns. How FM200 Solves It: FM200 discharges within 10 seconds and extinguishes fires almost instantly. Because there is no residue to clean, operations can resume immediately after the system is reset and the space is ventilated. Challenge 3: Electronics Are Sensitive Servers, switches, and storage arrays are delicate. Water causes shorts. Powder clogs fans and corrodes circuits. Even some gases leave damaging residues. How FM200 Solves It: FM200 is non-conductive and non-corrosive. It is chemically stable and safe for all common electronic components. No short circuits. No corrosion. No damage. The FM200 Advantage: A Complete Picture Requirement How FM200 Delivers Fast suppression ≤ 10 seconds discharge No residue Zero powder, zero liquid Safe for electronics Non-conductive, non-corrosive Safe for people NOAEL at 9% — safe for occupied spaces No downtime Ventilate and resume operations Proven reliability Decades of global use Why Data Centers Trust FM200 — Not Alternatives Method Problem Water sprinklers Destroys servers, causes data loss Dry powder Corrosive residue, ruins electronics Foam systems Sticky mess, lengthy cleanup Inert gases (IG) Requires high pressure cylinders, larger storage space FM200 Clean, fast, residue-free — the complete package XINGJIN FM200 Systems for Data Centers XINGJIN Fire has been manufacturing FM200 systems for 16 years. Lastest company news about Data Centers & Server Rooms: Are Gas Fire Suppression Systems Expensive? How Much Area Can One System Cover? 2026/06/10
Data Centers & Server Rooms: Are Gas Fire Suppression Systems Expensive? How Much Area Can One System Cover?
For many facility managers and business owners, the decision to install a gas fire suppression system in a data center or server room comes down to three practical questions: How much does it cost? How much area will it protect? And when will I see a return on investment? Here are the answers from XINGJIN Fire, a manufacturer with 16 years of experience in FM200 and clean agent systems. Question 1: Is a Gas Suppression System Expensive? The short answer: Less than you think — and far less than the cost of a fire. A typical FM200 all-in-one cabinet system for a small to medium server room (20-50 m²) costs significantly less than replacing just a few servers. When you consider that a single server rack can hold $50,000–$200,000+ worth of equipment — plus the cost of data loss and downtime — the system pays for itself many times over. Cost Components: Component Approximate Cost Share Cylinder & agent 40-50% Valves & actuators 15-20% Control panel & detectors 15-20% Pipe network & nozzles 10-15% Installation 10-15% Key factors affecting price: Protected space volume, agent type (FM200 vs. Novec 1230), cylinder quantity, and pipe network complexity. XINGJIN Advantage: Factory-direct pricing eliminates middleman markups, making systems more affordable for customers in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other markets. Question 2: What Area Can One System Cover? Gas suppression systems protect by volume, not just floor area. A single FM200 system can protect a space with up to approximately 1,000–1,500 m³ (35,000–53,000 ft³) — roughly a 200–300 m² room with standard 5m ceiling height. Coverage Guidelines: System Type Typical Protected Volume Small cabinet system 50–200 m³ Medium cabinet system 200–500 m³ Single cylinder (pipe network) 500–800 m³ Multiple cylinders (pipe network) 800–1,500+ m³ What affects coverage? Agent type, design concentration, cylinder size, and room integrity (leakage). XINGJIN Solution: Custom engineering ensures accurate agent calculation for your specific room dimensions. Question 3: How Long Is the Payback Period? For most facilities, the payback period is measured in months — not years. Direct Cost Avoidance: A single fire in a server room can cause $100,000–$1,000,000+ in equipment damage, data loss, and business interruption. An FM200 system typically costs a fraction of that — protecting you from one catastrophic event is enough to justify the investment. Indirect Savings: Saving Area Annual Impact Insurance premium reduction 10-25% lower Reduced downtime risk Hours saved vs. days/weeks Business continuity Avoid customer churn & reputation damage Typical Payback: Most data centers recover their investment within 12–24 months through avoided losses and insurance savings alone. “We installed a XINGJIN FM200 system after reviewing the numbers. The payback period was less than one major outage. Now we sleep better.” — IT Manager, Southeast Asia XINGJIN Fire: Affordable Protection for Any Budget Whether you need a small cabinet system for a 20 m² server room or a multi-cylinder network for a 500 m² data center, XINGJIN delivers: ✅ Factory-direct pricing ✅ Custom engineering for your space ✅ FM200, Novec 1230, and IG541 options ✅ Free consultation and quotation Contact XINGJIN Fire today for a customized proposal — no obligation, just expert advice. Lastest company news about The single-loop host has insufficient capacity. How to ensure the fire safety of small commercial buildings? 2026/06/03
The single-loop host has insufficient capacity. How to ensure the fire safety of small commercial buildings?
In the fire protection projects of small commercial buildings, a long-neglected yet crucial problem is plaguing many property owners and engineering contractors: Traditional large-scale fire alarm controllers have excessive functions and high costs, while simple alarm hosts often have insufficient circuit capacity and are difficult to expand.   This "either too large or too small" dilemma has left small and medium-sized projects, already with limited budgets, in a difficult position.   Take typical places such as street-front shops, small hotels, community clinics, and brand stores as examples. Although these buildings are of small single-unit size, the fire safety standards are not low. The equipment including smoke detectors, manual alarm buttons, sound and light alarms, input and output modules, etc., often require 80 to 150 address points. However, the commonly available economical hosts on the market are mostly configured with a single circuit of 100 points or less. If they need to be expanded, they will face the predicament of reaching capacity limits. What's more challenging is that many small buildings are located in old neighborhoods, and the on-site wiring conditions are complex. Traditional polarity-based buses require strict distinction between positive and negative poles. If connected wrongly, a full-line inspection is needed, which leads to an increase in construction period and labor costs.   In response to this specific pain point, the single-loop 200-point addressable fire alarm control panel provides a practical solution. This solution increases the single-loop address capacity to 200 points, covering over 90% of the equipment connection requirements for small and medium-sized projects. It does not require additional configuration of expansion cards or sub-controllers, eliminating the engineering risk of "finding it insufficient halfway through the installation". The abundant capacity of 200 points provides sufficient space for subsequent addition of fire compartments or upgrade of linkage functions, avoiding the repeated investment of having to start over due to insufficient capacity.   In terms of improving construction efficiency, the non-polar two-wire bus technology has played a crucial role. Wiring does not require distinguishing between positive and negative poles. On-site construction personnel can connect wires randomly along the shortest route, significantly reducing the error rate of wiring and shortening the installation and commissioning time. The actual measurement data shows that using non-polar buses can save approximately 30% of manual working hours compared to traditional polar wiring. The 2.8-inch color LCD display provides clear status feedback. The system configuration files support copying and restoration functions, enabling quick restoration of original settings even when equipment is replaced. Daily maintenance no longer relies on the frequent presence of professional technicians.   Overall, the combination of 200-point single-loop capacity and non-polar bus technology precisely addresses the "capacity anxiety" and "construction pain points" of small commercial building fire protection projects. From street-front shops to community clinics, from fast hotels to small office buildings, this solution offers sufficient expansion space with an appropriate configuration. It neither engages in unnecessary functional overloading nor compromises on key capacity requirements, truly achieving the engineering goal of "adequate, easy to use, and easy to maintain". For engineering companies that are currently seeking a fire control host solution for small projects, this might be a worthy technical direction to consider.

How does the gas filling machine operate?
Previous preparation: connection. FM200 tank connects to filling machine FM200 empty cylinder connects to filling machine Nitrogen cylinder connects to filling machine Nitrogen cylinder connects to the adapter on FM200 empty cylinder   First step, vacuum sucking. Switch on the nitrogen cylinder just a little to open the valve of FM200 empty cylinder(control the switch to release nitrogen, like 10bar pressure enough to open the valve of FM200 empty cylinder) Open the power of the filling machine Switch on the controller to cylinder valve, F5 Switch on the controller to vacuum pump, F6 After the right gauge indicate the pressure inside cylinder is close to zero or a little lower than zero, then close F6.   Second step, FM200 filling. Keep F5 open Open the valve of FM200 tank by a spanner and switch on the controller to storage valve, F3(if you will continue to fill other cylinders, you can keep the valve of FM200 tank open still. but of course, it would be safer to close it.) Then you will see the weight of FM200 empty cylinder will increase.(here we see digital scale) You can close the valve of FM200 tank and shut off F3 till the weight reaches the figure that you want.   Third step, pressuring. Keep F5 open Open the cylinder valve of nitrogen and switch on the controller to nitrogen valve, F4 When the pressure reaches the figure that you want, it will send alarm. You can just switch off the cylinder valve and F4 After that use nitrogen to switch off the valve of FM200 cylinder filled as the first step   Fourth step, pressure release. After the work of filling, please do not disconnect all devices. Open the controller F2 to release all gas inside the filling machine. Then disconnect all devices safely.(actually there is a little gas existing inside the hose between nitrogen cylinder and filling machine. There is no harm to people. But you can also try to release the gas as the below operation Disconnect the hose connecting to FM200 cylinder filled. Just open F4 but keep the valve of nitrogen cylinder closed. Then all the gas will be released. And it is the safest to disconnect all other devices. )

Novec 1230 vs. FM200: Which Clean Agent Fire Suppression System Is Right for Your Project?
When it comes to protecting critical assets like data centers, server rooms, telecommunications facilities, and control rooms, two clean agent fire suppression systems stand out as industry favorites: Novec 1230 and FM200 (HFC-227ea) . Both are excellent choices. Both are clean, residue-free, and safe for occupied spaces. Both are approved by international standards (NFPA 2001, ISO 14520). But when it comes down to a decision: Which one is actually better? The honest answer? It depends on your priorities. XINGJIN Fire, a specialized manufacturer of both FM200 and Novec 1230 systems with 16 years of experience, provides this objective comparison to help you make an informed decision. Quick Overview: What Are Novec 1230 and FM200? Aspect FM200 (HFC-227ea) Novec 1230 Chemical family Hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) Fluoroketone (FK) Appearance Colorless, odorless gas Colorless, odorless liquid (vaporizes on discharge) Extinguishing mechanism Heat absorption + chemical interruption Primarily heat absorption Storage pressure ~42 bar (600 psi) ~42 bar (600 psi) Discharge time ≤ 10 seconds ≤ 10 seconds Design concentration 6.25% – 9% (Class A/B hazards) 4.5% – 6% (Class A/B hazards) Both agents are clean — meaning they leave no residue after discharge, making them ideal for protecting sensitive electronic equipment. Comparison 1: Environmental Impact Which is greener? Environmental Metric FM200 Novec 1230 Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) 0 0 Global Warming Potential (GWP) ~3,500 ~1 Atmospheric lifetime ~36 years ~5 days Regulatory status Being phased down under Kigali Amendment No phase-down restrictions Winner: Novec 1230 Novec 1230 has a significantly lower global warming potential (1 vs. 3,500) and an atmospheric lifetime of just 5 days — compared to 36 years for FM200. For facilities pursuing green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM) or operating under strict environmental regulations, Novec 1230 is the clear winner. What This Means for You: If your facility is in a region with strict HFC regulations (Europe, some parts of Asia), Novec 1230 offers long-term regulatory security. If environmental impact is a key decision factor for your organization, Novec 1230 is the superior choice. Comparison 2: Human Safety Which is safer for occupied spaces? Safety Factor FM200 Novec 1230 NOAEL (safe concentration) 9% by volume 10% by volume LOAEL (dangerous concentration) 10.5% >10.5% Typical design concentration 6.25% – 9% 4.5% – 6% Decomposition products Hydrogen fluoride (HF) possible at high temperatures Hydrogen fluoride (HF) possible at high temperatures Safety margin Good Excellent Winner: Novec 1230 (slightly) Both agents are safe for occupied spaces when properly designed. However, Novec 1230 offers a wider safety margin — it can be used at lower concentrations (as low as 4.5% for Class A hazards) and has a higher NOAEL (10% vs. 9%). What This Means for You: For most applications, both agents are equally safe for occupied spaces. For facilities with higher occupancy or more sensitive populations, Novec 1230's wider safety margin provides extra peace of mind. Comparison 3: Fire Suppression Performance Which extinguishes fires faster and more effectively? Performance Factor FM200 Novec 1230 Extinguishing speed ≤ 10 seconds ≤ 10 seconds Required concentration Higher (6.25-9%) Lower (4.5-6%) Agent quantity needed More (because higher concentration) Less (because lower concentration) Effectiveness on Class A fires Excellent Excellent Effectiveness on Class B fires Excellent Excellent Effectiveness on electrical fires Excellent (non-conductive) Excellent (non-conductive) Winner: Tie Both agents are highly effective at extinguishing Class A (ordinary combustibles), Class B (flammable liquids), and electrical fires. The key difference is that Novec 1230 achieves extinguishment at lower concentrations — meaning you need less agent to protect the same space. What This Means for You: Less agent means smaller cylinders or fewer cylinders — potentially reducing storage space requirements. Lower concentration also means slightly lower risk of decomposition byproducts in extreme fire scenarios. Comparison 4: Equipment Protection Which is safer for sensitive electronics? Equipment Safety Factor FM200

Is IG100 Fire Suppression System Safe? A Complete Guide to Its Safety for People, Equipment, and the Environment
When selecting a fire suppression system for a data center, server room, control room, or other critical facility, safety is always the top concern. Facility managers and business owners ask the same critical questions: Is the system safe for my employees? Will it damage my sensitive equipment? Is it environmentally responsible? For IG100 pure nitrogen fire suppression systems, the answer to all three questions is a resounding yes. XINGJIN Fire, a specialized manufacturer of advanced fire suppression solutions with 16 years of experience, is pleased to provide this comprehensive guide to the safety features and benefits of IG100 systems. What Is IG100 Pure Nitrogen System? IG100 is a clean, inert gas fire suppression system that uses 100% pure nitrogen (N₂) as its extinguishing agent. Nitrogen is naturally abundant — comprising approximately 78% of the air we breathe — and is chemically stable, non-toxic, and non-corrosive. Unlike chemical agents such as FM200 or dry powder, IG100 extinguishes fires through a physical mechanism (oxygen reduction) rather than a chemical reaction. This fundamental difference is what makes IG100 exceptionally safe. Safety Dimension 1: Human Safety — Protecting Your People Is IG100 safe for occupied spaces? Yes. IG100 is specifically designed for use in normally occupied spaces. Here's why: Safety Factor Explanation Non-toxic composition Nitrogen is a natural component of air — no toxic chemicals involved Maintains breathable oxygen IG100 reduces oxygen to approximately 12.5% — enough to sustain life during short-term exposure No decomposition products Unlike chemical agents, nitrogen does not decompose in heat, producing no hydrogen fluoride or other harmful byproducts No visibility obstruction As a clear gas, IG100 does not obscure vision during evacuation No thermal shock The gas is discharged at ambient temperature, no risk of cold burns Understanding Oxygen Reduction and Human Safety: The IG100 system extinguishes fires by reducing the oxygen concentration in the protected space to approximately 12.5%. At this level: ✅ Fires cannot sustain combustion ✅ Humans can safely remain for short periods (typical evacuation times of 30-60 seconds) ✅ No long-term health effects from acute exposure According to international standards (NFPA 2001, ISO 14520), the minimum safe oxygen level for short-term human occupancy during fire suppression discharge is 10%. IG100's design concentration of 12.5% provides a comfortable safety margin. What About People with Health Conditions? For most healthy adults, brief exposure to 12.5% oxygen is well-tolerated. For facilities that may have individuals with respiratory conditions, XINGJIN recommends: Proper evacuation procedures and alarm systems Time delay settings that allow personnel to exit before discharge Clear signage and training for all occupants XINGJIN's Commitment to Human Safety: Every XINGJIN IG100 system includes: Adjustable time delays — Typically 15-30 seconds for safe evacuation Audible and visual alarms — Clear warnings before discharge Manual abort switches — Allows authorized personnel to halt discharge if necessary Comprehensive documentation — Installation and operation instructions for safe use Safety Dimension 2: Equipment Safety — Protecting Your Assets Will IG100 damage my servers, electronics, or other sensitive equipment? No. IG100 is one of the safest agents available for protecting high-value electronic equipment. Equipment Safety Feature Benefit 100% residue-free No powder, no liquid, no corrosion — equipment works immediately after discharge Non-conductive Nitrogen gas does not conduct electricity — no risk of shorts or electrical damage Non-corrosive No chemical reaction with metals, plastics, or circuit boards Neutral pH No acidic byproducts — even in high heat conditions No thermal shock Gas discharged at ambient temperature — no condensation or temperature damage Why Residue-Free Matters: Traditional fire suppression methods can cause more damage than the fire itself: Water sprinklers — Ruin servers, cause short circuits, lead to data loss Dry chemical systems — Leave corrosive powder that penetrates equipment and causes long-term damage Foam systems — Coat everything in sticky residue, requiring extensive cleanup IG100 leaves nothing behind. After discharge, simply ventilate the space and resume normal operations — no equipment cleaning, no replacement costs, no extended downtime. XINGJIN Fire Unveils IG100 Pure Nitrogen Pipe Network System — Clean, Safe, and Reliable Protection for Critical Assets
XINGJIN Fire is pleased to showcase our latest IG100 Pure Nitrogen Pipe Network Fire Suppression System, now available for critical infrastructure protection across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and beyond. The newly captured product image reveals a fully assembled IG100 system — featuring high-pressure nitrogen cylinders, a precision-engineered manifold, stainless steel piping, and control components — ready for integration into data centers, server rooms, electrical substations, and industrial control centers. What Is IG100 Pure Nitrogen System? IG100 is a clean, inert gas fire suppression system that uses 100% pure nitrogen (N₂) as its extinguishing agent. As nitrogen makes up approximately 78% of the air we breathe, IG100 is both naturally abundant and environmentally friendly. Key Features of XINGJIN IG100 Pipe Network System: Feature Description Pure nitrogen agent 100% N₂ — no mixing, no chemical additives Zero environmental impact ODP = 0, GWP = 0, no atmospheric lifetime concerns Safe for occupied spaces Non-toxic, non-corrosive, safe for daily occupancy Residue-free extinguishing Leaves no powder, liquid, or corrosive residue Physical suppression mechanism Lowers oxygen concentration to extinguish fire High-pressure storage Cylinders stored at 200 bar or 300 bar options Pipe network distribution Even agent distribution throughout protected space Why Choose IG100 for Your Facility? 1. Environmentally Superior Unlike chemical agents such as FM200 or Novec 1230, IG100 has zero global warming potential and zero ozone depletion potential. There are no phase-out concerns, no future regulatory risks — making IG100 a future-proof choice for green facilities. 2. Naturally Abundant and Inexpensive Nitrogen is readily available and inexpensive to produce. This makes IG100 systems cost-effective both in initial investment and ongoing maintenance compared to some chemical agents. 3. Safe for People and Equipment IG100 extinguishes fires by reducing oxygen concentration to approximately 12.5% — a level that suffocates fire but remains safe for humans during short-term exposure. The gas is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and leaves no residue, making it ideal for protecting sensitive electronics and valuable assets. 4. Reliable in Extreme Conditions Nitrogen is stable across a wide temperature range. Unlike chemical agents that may decompose in high heat, IG100 performs consistently even in extreme environments — making it suitable for facilities in the Middle East's hot climate.
