This explosion-proof manual fire call point is a manual alarm station specially designed for hazardous areas with flammable gases. By pressing the operation panel, it sends a fire signal to the fire alarm control panel. The product adopts intrinsically safe explosion-proof design with Ex ib IIC T6 Gb marking, suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas containing IIA, IIB, IIC class T1-T6 combustible gases. Built with a microprocessor and non-polarized two-bus technology, the transmission distance can reach up to 1000 meters. It can seamlessly connect with controllers, providing reliable manual fire alarm functionality for chemical plants, petroleum facilities, gas stations, and similar locations.
This product is widely used in the following commercial and industrial premises:
Petrochemical Industry: Refineries, chemical plants, oil depots, gas stations, filling stations
Gas Facilities: Natural gas stations, LPG stations, gas pressure regulating stations
Industrial Plants: Spray painting workshops, printing workshops, lithium battery production workshops
Hazardous Material Warehouses: Chemical warehouses, flammable material storage areas
Laboratories: Chemical laboratories, hazardous material storage areas in research institutions
Commercial Support Areas: Underground parking lots, boiler rooms, electrical rooms with combustible gas risks
The product has passed strict inspection by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Explosion-Proof Electrical Products (CQST) with Ex ib IIC T6 Gb marking, suitable for explosive environments containing IIA, IIB, IIC class T1-T6 combustible gases. The intrinsically safe design requires connection with a safety barrier, ensuring that even in case of failure in hazardous areas, it will not generate sparks or high temperatures sufficient to ignite explosive gases, providing reliable safety assurance for high-risk places like petrochemical facilities.
Built with a high-performance microprocessor and SMT surface mount technology, the components have good consistency and high reliability. Intelligent algorithms accurately identify button activation status, avoiding false alarms. Electronic addressing allows on-site programming with a dedicated encoder, with an addressing range of 1-200 points, facilitating engineering commissioning and later maintenance.
Adopting non-polarized two-bus technology, the standby current is ≤0.3mA and alarm current ≤1mA, achieving extremely low power consumption. The communication distance can reach up to 1000 meters, supporting coverage of large industrial areas. The non-polarized bus design eliminates the need for polarity distinction during wiring, significantly reducing installation difficulty and labor costs.
The button body adopts a plug-in structure design. During installation, simply insert the encoded body into the base and secure with self-tapping screws. Disassembly and maintenance are equally simple and quick. The operation panel must be reset with a special key after being pressed, preventing unauthorized operation and ensuring system management security.
The panel features a red fire alarm indicator light that flashes momentarily in normal monitoring status and becomes steady red when activated. The status display is clear and intuitive. Even in dimly lit industrial environments, the working status and alarm status of the button can be easily identified.
This product is an intrinsically safe explosion-proof device. The following requirements must be strictly observed during use:
Must be used with a safety barrier that has obtained an explosion-proof certificate
The positive and negative terminals of the safety barrier input must not be reversed
When multiple safety barriers are used in the same circuit, they must be connected in parallel at the input end; cascade connection is prohibited
Never wipe the device housing with a dry cloth in explosive environments
For cleaning, perform in a well-ventilated area without gas leakage, and wipe with a wrung damp cloth
This product is a single-use device; once damaged, it cannot be repaired
